Before ordering, you can visit our office to view packaging samples and taste the most popular sweets and chocolate. If tastings require specially produced sweets or an individual sample, we prepare it in advance after agreeing on conditions and price.
Yes, we adapt the packaging to your logo and brand identity. We prepare a design artwork free of charge, suggest decoration solutions, match colours, ribbons and other details so the chosen gift looks cohesive with your brand.
Usually a vector-format logo and a brief description of your design preferences is enough. If you have a brand book, previous artwork or visuals, we will adapt them for the packaging. If there is no clear vision yet, we will prepare several sketches for discussion based on the product.
We always consider individual needs and, if production allows, produce a smaller quantity of promotional sweets. If a strict minimum applies to the selected product, we suggest alternative boxes, sets or sweets according to your quantity and budget.
The production lead time starts when the quantity has been agreed, the packaging design artwork approved and payment made. Once we receive your confirmation, the order is passed to production, so it is most important to agree on all project details in advance.
We urgently produce products marked with the "within 72 hrs" badge. The agreed quantity of branded sweets is prepared within three working days. If delivery outside Vilnius is needed, delivery time is added to the deadline. Express surcharge depends on quantity — from 35.00 € + VAT.
If you are unable to collect the finished goods from our office in Vilnius, T. Narbuto st. 5, we will take care of packing and delivery in Lithuania and EU countries. Small parcel delivery cost in Lithuania is 7.00–12.00 € + VAT. Larger parcels, pallets and deliveries to EU countries are priced individually according to current courier service rates.
Store sweet gifts in a dry place, protect from direct sunlight and sudden temperature changes. Recommended temperature 18–22 °C. We do not recommend storing chocolate products in the refrigerator, as moisture may damage the packaging and the product.
