Standard chocolate or candy sets are produced in 10–15 business days.
Smaller chocolate orders (up to 300 pcs) are often ready within 7 business days.
During the Christmas season, lead times depend on demand – we encourage early planning.

– Boxes – from 50–100 pcs
– Caramels – from 1000 pcs or 25 kg

Yes – we have products that can be made within 72 hours.
These are specially marked options. Rush fee typically ranges from 20–50% of the order total.
In exceptional cases, individual arrangements are possible.

We provide the first design draft within 24 hours of receiving your request.
Then a fast revision cycle follows until final approval.

Yes – at our Vilnius office you can see box samples, materials, and decoration options.
If you’d like to taste the sweets – tasting samples can be made by our confectioners for an additional fee.

Payment is 100% in advance, based on a proforma invoice.
We begin production immediately after payment, design approval, and order confirmation.
All of this often takes place within one hour – when decisions are clear, the process runs smoothly.

Products can be picked up from our office in Vilnius or from our warehouse (by agreement).
We also deliver via courier throughout Europe.
In Lithuania and the Baltic countries – delivery takes 1–2 business days after production.
Shipping to other EU countries is arranged individually.
